Project Overview
Our vision and true purpose are to ensure that everyone, regardless of background, circumstance or ability has access to First Tee’s character-building junior golf programs and the positive values they reinforce.
At First Tee, we're Building Game Changers by empowering kids and teens to be the best version of themselves. Participants ages 4-18 progress through the program as they grow. Our curriculum is designed to grow with them and provide age-appropriate tools as they deepen their understanding of positive character traits and sharpen their golf skills along the way.
Our trained coaches not only provide an introduction to junior golf and an opportunity to enhance golf skills, but they also create a safe, supportive, and empowering environment to help children prepare for life ahead, including friendships, school, college and even their careers.

Give the Gift of Golf
Rooted in our shared passion for golf and a deep commitment to inclusivity, Fairways for All initiatives break barriers in golf by creating inclusive and welcoming environments and programs for populations traditionally underrepresented in the game.
Through specialized programs, financial assistance, adaptive teaching methods, and community partnerships, we provide intentionally designed learning opportunities for:
- Ethnic and racial minorities
- Females
- Families facing financial hardships
- Children with special needs
- LGBTQ kids and families
